Governs your access to and use of Crew Catalog
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Crew Catalog, including the Crew Catalog website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
Crew Catalog is operated by The Crew Catalog, LLC. ("Crew Catalog," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using Crew Catalog's services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to create a Crew Catalog account.
By using Crew Catalog, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to enter into these Terms.
The Crew Catalog Platform
Crew Catalog provides technology designed to help entertainment-production professionals discover one another, maintain professional profiles, identify work opportunities, communicate, manage bookings, and access related production-workflow services.
Crew Catalog does not guarantee that any user will receive work, find personnel, receive responses, successfully complete a production, or achieve any particular professional or financial result.
Certain features may be subject to additional terms or policies. Those additional terms become part of your agreement with Crew Catalog when you use the applicable feature.
Account Types
Crew Catalog may provide different account experiences based on how a user participates in the Platform, including accounts for crew members and accounts for producers, production companies, studios, or other hiring parties.
Crew members are additionally subject to the Crew Terms.
Producers, studios, production companies, and other users seeking or engaging crew are additionally subject to the Producer & Studio Terms.
If additional terms conflict with these Terms regarding a feature or activity specifically governed by those additional terms, the more specific terms govern that feature or activity.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update information that becomes inaccurate or outdated.
You may not impersonate another person or organization, create an account using information you are not authorized to use, transfer your account without authorization, or allow another person to use your account in a misleading manner.
Notify Crew Catalog promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Profiles and User Content
Users may provide professional information, photographs, credits, résumés, biographies, availability, portfolio materials, company information, job listings, messages, and other content ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content to Crew Catalog, you grant Crew Catalog a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, promote, and improve the Platform.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide your User Content and that its use through Crew Catalog will not violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
Professional Information and Credits
Crew Catalog may allow users to identify professional credits, skills, affiliations, experience, rates, availability, or other career information.
Users are responsible for ensuring that information they provide is accurate and not misleading.
Crew Catalog may correct, restrict, request verification of, or remove information that we reasonably believe is inaccurate, fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with Platform policies.
Listings and Opportunities
Crew Catalog may allow authorized users to publish production opportunities or seek crew through the Platform.
Listings must accurately describe the relevant opportunity and may not intentionally misrepresent the production, hiring party, position, work conditions, location, schedule, compensation, or material requirements.
Crew Catalog may remove or restrict listings that violate these Terms, applicable law, or the Community & Professional Standards.
Communications
Crew Catalog may provide messaging and other communication tools.
Users must use these tools for legitimate professional purposes and in accordance with the Community & Professional Standards.
Crew Catalog does not guarantee delivery, response, accuracy, or authenticity of communications between users.
Relationships Between Users
Crew Catalog provides technology through which users may discover and engage with one another.
Unless Crew Catalog expressly states otherwise in writing for a specific service, Crew Catalog is not a party to agreements entered into directly between users regarding production services or employment.
Nothing in these Terms independently determines whether a particular relationship between users constitutes employment, independent contracting, loan-out services, or another legal relationship. The parties involved are responsible for structuring their relationship in accordance with applicable law.
Crew Catalog does not waive or limit any right or protection that cannot legally be waived or limited.
Bookings and Additional Terms
Certain interactions may result in bookings, engagements, contracts, or other arrangements between users.
Users are responsible for reviewing the terms associated with a booking before accepting or confirming it.
Additional booking, contracting, cancellation, payment, or related terms may be presented within the applicable transaction flow and, where applicable, form part of the relevant agreement.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Crew Catalog to:
obtain or use another user's information for unauthorized purposes; or
facilitate unlawful activity.

Intellectual Property
Crew Catalog and its licensors own the Platform and its underlying software, design, trademarks, logos, graphics, interfaces, and other proprietary materials, excluding User Content.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of Crew Catalog intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected portions of the Platform except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by Crew Catalog.
Copyright Complaints
If you believe content available through Crew Catalog infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, contact us at email@crewcatalog.com with sufficient information to identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and the basis for your claim.
Crew Catalog may remove or restrict disputed material where appropriate.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Crew Catalog Privacy Policy.
Platform Availability and Changes
We may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue Platform features as Crew Catalog develops.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes that significantly affect existing users.
Enforcement
Crew Catalog may investigate suspected violations of these Terms or Platform policies.
Depending on the circumstances, we may issue warnings, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or take other reasonably appropriate action.
We may take immediate action where reasonably necessary to protect users, Crew Catalog, third parties, or the integrity of the Platform.
Account Termination
You may stop using Crew Catalog at any time and may request account deletion through available account controls.
Crew Catalog may suspend or terminate access where permitted by law for violations of these Terms, fraud, unlawful activity, safety concerns, material risk to the Platform or its users, or prolonged account inactivity.
Certain information may be retained following account deletion when required by law, necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements, or otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
Crew Catalog may integrate services provided by third parties.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies issued by those providers. Crew Catalog is not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.
Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
CREW CATALOG DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE IDENTITY, QUALIFICATIONS, CONDUCT, AVAILABILITY, RELIABILITY, OR PERFORMANCE OF USERS; THE ACCURACY OF USER-PROVIDED INFORMATION; OR THE SUCCESS OF ANY PRODUCTION, BOOKING, OR PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREW CATALOG AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not limit liability that legally cannot be limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Crew Catalog and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful conduct, your User Content, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
When changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Platform, email, or another appropriate method.
The effective date above identifies the current version.
